Regional Directors Wanted

American Horse Rescue Network is looking for regional directors. We would like to have at
least one director in each state.

Our goal at AHRN is to provide funds to horse rescue facilities to help them stay financially stable so as to provide sanctuary for horses who have been neglected, abused or threatened to be sent to slaughter. We also want to assist rescue facilities who want to provide safe haven for America’s mustangs and burros.

Directors will provide the following:

  • Build a team—open number of team members. Great for retired individuals!
  • Fundraising
  • Ability for you and team members to check horse rescues in your area that apply for a grant.
  • Build public awareness of horse welfare issues through meetings.
  • Recruit young people for the AHRN Youth Program. This is critical as we must educate the next generation of equine advocates.

If you are interested please contact me at daryl.ahrn@gmail.com .I will be glad to go into depth about Regional Directors’ duties.

Thank you to all who are advocates of equine safety.

Sincerely,
Daryl Smoliak
President, American Horse Rescue Network
